Welcome

Welcome to the building.

The Management Committee has collated some Useful Information and a Welcome Letter to aid you as a new resident to Martin Towers.

The following documents may be of interest to you as a new resident:

  1. Bylaws - Stratacare Australia define Bylaws as: “a set of rules for a strata scheme. They may regulate a variety of matters such as parking, noise, use of common property and the keeping of pets. A body corporate can adopt standard by-laws set out in the legislation or create their own by-laws to suit their specific scheme’s circumstances. Whilst bodies corporate can create their own by-laws, these by-laws cannot contravene existing legislation.

A complete copy of the Martin Towers Corporation Bylaws is available for your reading enjoyment.

  2. Video Policy - Martin Towers is protected by a number of video cameras. A copy of the Video Data Privacy policy is available here.
