Within the North Tower, there is access to a rubbish disposal chute on each apartment level, within the utility room. The utility room is situated immediately to the right of the lifts as you stand in the foyer looking at the lift doors. You will need to use the key with the green plastic insert to open the door to gain access to the garbage disposal chute.

There is a rubbish disposal chute behind the water tanks at the far south-eastern corner of the Plaza level (i.e., level 1).

There are bins provided in the basement (car park area) for the recycling of aluminium foil, cardboard, frypans & saucepans, glass, newspapers/magazines, plastic and tins. There is a bin for recycling organic waste. There is also a bin where you can deposit unwanted clothing for distribution to charitable organisations.


Please DO NOT place cardboard in the rubbish disposal chute, it blocks the chute and all floors are affected.

Hard refuse (e.g., furniture, household appliances, etc.) may be placed in the sub-basement. However, you will need to contact the Caretaker and let him know what you intend to leave and when you intend to leave it.
