Use your fob to open the boom gate for both entry (see top photograph) and exit (see middle photograph). However, you can only use one fob for one vehicle entry at a time. If you have two car parks you need to use two different fobs, one for each vehicle. Please note that we share the entry and exist with Wilson Parking but we have different fob sensors. The blue arrows on the photographs identify the sensor (white with blue flashing light) you need to present your fob to. The minimum height of the car park ceiling is 2150 mm. As you drive in you will find an Aluminium beam suspended from the ceiling, just before the boom gate. If your vehicle can get under this without causing it to swing, you should be able to navigate the car park without collecting on one of the horizontal car park support beams. Please note that the sliding resident‘s car park gate, if open, can close at any moment. The gate has a sensor which stops the gate from further closing, once it has hit your car. If the gate is in the process of closing the presentation of your fob at the sensor will retract the gate. |
Entry from Austin Street is possible through the small roller-door entry point. If the roller door is closed, you will need to leave your car and present your fob on the sensor plate, see photograph on left. Exit from the car park, via the Austrin Street roller door, is possible by brining your car very close (about 30 mm) to the Austin Street roller-door. The door will automatically open (once you are close enough to trip the sensor). |

All car parks have been allocated and parking in another apartment‘s car park is just bad manners. Similarly, parking in the Wilson controlled parking area - reserved for paying customers - can result in legal action being taken against the owner of the car. |
