The following Oven controls are explained (from clockwise):

  1. Zero - means the oven is off
  2. Crying Snow Flakes - defrosting
  3. Vertical Brackets - grill and lower heating elements active with no forced ventilation
  4. Top Bracket - grill active with no forced ventilation
  5. Top Bracket and Fan - grill active with forced ventilation
  6. Bottom Bracket and Fan - lower heating element active with forced ventilation

When you turn on the oven, the status light (orange) comes on and the oven is heating up.
When the light goes out, the required temperature has been reached.

After a power outage, the time will flash. To set/reset the time:

  1. Press the right-hand most button for half a second
  2. Press "+" or "-" button to change the time; one press for one minute or hold in for a rapid change in time. The clock will start about ten seconds after the last button press.

Note: The oven will not operate until you set the time.
